1+0.0001 = a number VERY close to 1
0.04 + 10 = a number VERY close to 10

So, (1 + 0.0001)/(0.04 + 10) ≈ (1)/(10) ≈ 0.1

Answer: C

Since the numerator is approximately 1 and the denominator is approximately 10, the value of the expression is approximately:

1/10 = 0.1

Answer: C
