A-->DOSEN TALK AT ALL EFFECTIVENESS of campaigns, no ethics whatsoever.

B-->DOSEN TALK ABOUT WHOLE of americas moral standing(its only he who believes that truth is a surest weapon)

C-->no mention whatsoever

D--> no talk about how MUCH soviet damage has been done

E-->remains after POE..also E author says that tackle fire with water and not F with F...as water is more effective....this means precisely that disinformation campaigns are not effective(though cannot be totally said)..

anyways we have to choose the answer that stinks the least..E does so.....
