Try as follows

\(3h45+2h55= 5h(45+55)=5h(1h40)=6h40\)

Then,
\(100\% \cdot \dfrac{6h40}{24h}\) is between \(~ \dfrac{6\cdot4}{100}\; ~24\%\) and \(~\dfrac{7\cdot4}{100}~28\%\)

Since \(6h40\) is closer to \(7\), the correct answer is D
