This is a bit technical nevertheless, it requires a simple analysis to unravel the hidden answer in the array of options below.

In the Option A - INCORRECT. The correctness of the statement herein is not the focus but how fitting and appropriate to the question raised. We are supposed to summarize in other ways not write exactly what's in the question.

In Option B - INCORRECT. The only difference between Options A and B is the punctuation which looks well set to separate the major keywords but does not cover enough in terms of meaning.

Option C - CORRECT. Since we are talking about an event that happened in the past then we can't overlook the usage of a powerful adverbial of time ''when'' which is well positioned to remind the reader about the time of the event. The separation with a comma is also intended to give a simpler meaning to the audience.

In Option D - INCORRECT. Conspicuously missing here is case of improper sentence formation without any regard for the separation of the keywords in order to appeal to the wider audience. The absence of comma sign is here a major concern for this option, hence, it'd have been correct also.

Option E - INCORRECT. This is also a bit difficult to discern on time because it appears too emphatic and indirect.
