OA is E , I am fine with E but IMO B seems nothing wrong with it

How I rejected B is:
in a series of books.... describes the third and not Francis Craig, thus it should be next to the word third which happens in E and not in B.

I didn't fine anything wrong in B

As far as E is concerned, it is wrong for obvious reason...!

no antecedent for HER once u remove non essential part...!

Ron cud throw some light on it...!

Experts, please clarify the following sentence:

The Reluctant Monarch, written by Francis Craig, is her third in a series of books about the British Monarchy.

Is the above sentence correct?

=> Her refers to "Francis Craig", which has been used in the modified phrase. I am in confusion.

Please shed some light on it.
