Option A Wrong
This is a clear scenario of plagiarized statement which means no dissection of word formation and sentence agreement with the aim and objectives of the question poser. It is a repeated line from the original word letter.

Option B Wrong
The option statement is really a correct one and appropriate in its usage here. However, the statement could have been written in a different less pluralistic format in such a way that it gives the same meaning. The reverence of words is not permissible in English language which would ensure that the "Team" is however is used in consonance with the pronoun "they"

Option C Wrong
But for the use of "its and it" Which are both second person singular, the statement would have been the most simplistic and best fitting for the sentence passage.

Option D Right
This statement however short in length offers a more linguistic tone to a statement the use of "include" in the original statement was unnecessary because the meaning could still be discerned without using it. About the best option so far.

Option E Wrong
In this statement, the aim of the writer is still to be known because the understanding of the original statement has been changed with the use of the word close which means here, to shut down. It is not clear what the objective is .
