Option A :- Incorrect
To illustrate a group of band, the use of 'their' is totally out of proportion. The Mirachi band is singular and should attract a singular possessive pronoun.

Option B :- Incorrect
Audition that find a replacement is an illogical construction and redundant. That part of the sentence makes the option wrong.

Option C :- Incorrect
This suffers same fate as option B above, wrong sentence construction. also the option is deficient by the use of 'their' which is a plural possessive pronoun, but the subject of the sentence The Mirachi band should attract a singular possessive pronoun.

Option D :- correct
This option is concise, follows the rule of concord , parallelism and syntax. This makes the option the right choice.

Option E :- Incorrect
This option is verbose and contain too many irrelevant words.
