Last year, however, thousands of injuries could have been prevented by the wearing of even just a helmet. Therefore, anyone using an unmotorized vehicle should wear a helmet.

The main concern of the argument depicts the need for helmet to be used by those who operates any unmotorized vehicle

Option A :- INCORRECT
If true, concussion is an injury that occurs in the brain when there is a forceful impact on the head. It can be prevented with the use of an helmet, So this doesn't in anyway doubt the argument.

Option B :- INCORRECT
Many cyclists and skateboarders wear the protective gear to stay safe although there is no law backing it up. This option supports the argument because it accepts the use of protective gear.

Option C :- CORRECT
This opinion doesn't support the use of helmet because it focuses on the negative effect of its use. It totally doubts the argument.

Option D :- INCORRECT
If true that the markets for protective gear is expanding, it means that a lot of people have been buying protective gear to secure their safety, and this supports their argument.

Option E :- INCORRECT
If true that helmets are created to be lighter and more comfortable to wear, it means that it will enhance the use of helmets to protect the people. This option thereby supports the argument.
