Option A - correct
There is a subject-verb agreement and an agreement with the subjunctive verb 'be.'

Option B - incorrect
This option doesn't follow the use of subjective verb because it uses the verb 'is.'

Option C - incorrect
Here, we have the redundant structure 'require that you SHOULD do something...' The verb 'require' means that you must do it. So using 'should' is both unnecessary and repetitive.

Option D - incorrect
There's an improper use of the plural verb 'require' to go with the subject 'use.'

Option E - incorrect
This option uses the incorrect form of the verb 'require' to modify the noun 'use.'
