Last part of the underline gives an important clue:

AMOUNT OF TIME and RESOURCES (this means AMOUNT OF TIME and AMOUNT OF RESOURCES); We cannt use AMOUNT for RESOURCES; drop A/B/D

C - use of LIKE in A CLAUSE is considered grammatically incorrect;

Furthermore, IMO "just like" is incorrect idiom in B - we need JUST AS
