The grades have not yet appear in my transcript?

I am currently study in a master degree and I will graduate in May 2010. Grades of all course in the Fall 09 have not yet shown in my offiical transcript now. Some of them even do not appear in the non-offical transcript. So, what can I do if they do not appear before the deadline of application? Should I send the old offical transcript plus the non official transcript in this semester? If I send the transcript like that, should I explain it to the adcom? Or where can I explain it? It seem that the optional essay is not use for that purpose.

Send in the official transcript and then also any grades that do not appear on the official transcript. I also recommend that you call the admissions office to confirm that they do no need any additional information.
