1. "While" sets the rigtht contrast between "twins that look resemble greatly" v/s " twins that look quite disimilar"

We do not use "And " to set the contrast

All options but B have "And"

2. Removal of "FACT" doesnt change the meaning.. Infact, makes sentence succint and terse


3. ".Looking " is terribly awkward and does not set parallelism. We can eliminate 3 options for this errors. In correct choice, "Resemble" and "look" parallelism

4. "That they vary considerably" goes well with prepositional prase." on a spectrum of"
