from the sentence. the country is willing to withdraw its troops so as to foster peace. However, most experts indicate that there will be continued hostilities in the regions.

Option A - incorrect
The verb form doesn't agree with the subject. The subject 'the country's willingness' is singular, so, it should take a singular verb 'has' and not 'have'.

Option B - correct
The correct form of verb is used. Also because the phrase talks about the future, the auxiliary verb 'will' used here is correct.

Option C - incorrect
It is wrong because it changes the intended meaning of the sentence. Using 'fostered instead of 'has fostered' makes it seem as if the action has started. Also 'eventually' used in the sentence modifies 'hope' instead of 'peace' illogical interpreting the sentence to mean that the hope for peace has been fostered"...

Option D - incorrect
This option is wrong because it uses the past tense of the verb to illustrate an action that has not occurred yet. Using 'there' in the sentence makes it seem illogical.

Option E - incorrect
It has the same issue as option C
