Option A:- Incorrect
The Caucasus region has several times as many indigenous language per square mile than most other areas of the world.
'as many' should be precedent to 'as'

Option B:- correct
The Caucasus region has several as many indigenous languages per square mile as most other areas of the world.
'as many' indigenous languages per square mile as' You can see the parallelism in this case.

Option C:- Incorrect
The Caucasus region has several times so many indigenous languages per square mile as most other areas of the world.
THIS SUFFERS THE SAME FATE AS OPTION A ABOVE.
Remember, we are testing quantifiers thus, 'as many' will be chosen over 'so many'.

Option D:- Incorrect
The Caucasus region has several times so more indigenous languages per square mile as most other areas of the world.
This use of 'more' in this sentence is quite fallable and inconsequential, 'more' as an adverb should be followed by 'than' this disrupt the validity of the whole sentence.

Option E:- Incorrect
The Caucasus region has several times so many more indigenous languages per square mile as most other areas of the world.
The use of 'more' is superfluous!!!.
