'Thank you all' or 'Thank all of you'?

Both are colloquial expressions - meaning they are used conversationally. You won't have to make a distinction between such statements on the exam, but if you are trying to say Thank you, the first example is correct. The second example gets a little confusing with the word order, but I am sure many people still use it (mainly because people understand the intended message).
