The only thing I can think of is that I'm not learning from my mistakes. I'm putting the time in but evidently I'm not studying effectively. My plan now, in addition to following the remainder of the 60-Day Guide, is to identify my weakest subjects and practice, practice, practice.

Here's a thought: I've read on BTG about the "40/60" rule, which says to spend 40% of your time answering questions and 60% reviewing your incorrect answers. I admit that I haven't spent quite this long reviewing incorrect answers, and thus perhaps I'm not learning from my mistakes. Thoughts?
