You're right in the general range. Your big learning from now on is going to come from going over problems you've already done. Don't just go over the ones you got wrong. Go over the ones you get right, too.

For math, figure out:
- the official math way to do it
- at least one other way to do it (estimation, use the answer choices, etc.)
- how to make an educated guess (even if you know how to do it!), including at what point you should decide to move to educated guessing mode
- whether there are more efficient ways to do it
- HOW you should know what approach to use for that problem - in the language or the set-up of the problem or whatever
- how to recognize that you should use this same type of approach on other, different problems in the future
- what the traps are and how to avoid them

For verbal, figure out:
- why the right answer is right
- why every wrong answer is wrong (really articulate this to yourself)
- and then everything else under math after the first 2 bullets

Your overall goal is to be able to explain every aspect of a problem to someone else - then you know you've mastered it.

Also:
- keep a log of any careless mistakes and figure out how to minimize them
- keep a log of any holes in your knowledge and go back to review those areas
