Test anxiety comes up often here, so here are a few strategies that help many students stay composed on test day:
- Simulate test conditions. Take full-length practice exams under timed conditions.
- Plan your pacing. Decide in advance roughly how much time you can afford per question.
- Set a guessing rule. If you’ve spent too long on a question and still don’t see a path forward, make your best guess and move on.
- Keep the night before simple. Do light review at most, get a good night’s sleep, and sort out logistics in advance.
What worked for you? If you’ve already taken the exam, share what helped you manage nerves on test day.
