Expenses = 12 million (1982), 14 million (1983)
Revenue = 15.6 million (1982), 18.8 million (1983)
Profit = 3.6 million (1982), 4.8 million (1983)

%increase = (4.8-3.6)/3.6 = 1/3 = 33 1/3%
