p= 2^a3^b
q= 2^c3^d5^e

IMO: C

any thing divide by 5^e is always a terminating decimal

as p/q = 2^(a-c) x 3^(b-d) / 5^e

since a-c and b-d is positive, 2x3 / 5^e is terminatig

It should be B.

From(1), (a-c) is positive. But there is no information about b & d. It can be a terminating decimal or not depending on whether (b-d) is positive or not. So INSUFFICIENT.

From(2): (b-d) is positive. Now whether a-c is positive or not doesn't matter as it will always be a terminating decimal, given the condition 2. ence, SUFFICIENT.

So, the answer should be B.
