Although it claims to delve into political issues, television can be superficial such as when each of the three major networks broadcast exactly the same statement from a political candidate.

A - The structure requires 'each...subject...Singular Verb'. Here the verb 'broadcast is plural'.Hence incorrect

B - '...if all of the three major networks...' - usage is redundant

C - '...if three major networks all...' - usage is redundant

D - Same as A - each requires singular subject

E - In this case, since 'each' is following the subject and not preceding as in A and B, the count of the verb should match that of the subject.Since subject is plural(networks), the plural verb 'broadcast' makes sense.Hence this stmt is correct.
