Does the the use of If X then Y imply that
only if X happens Y happens and there is no other of Y happening.
Is that the reason why the usage of 'If' in B, C is wrong as from option (A) we can make out
that Y (television can be superficial) happens in many ways and one of them is X(3 networks braodcast...) and not the only way.
