does it mean a rejection if you get a Top 15 % rating,the third highest rating of 7 ratings for Teamwork,the first 2 ratings being (Top 2% and Top 5%)

JUST for that?? I doubt it. Depends on what the rest of your stuff looks like. But I wouldn't sweat one rating as long as the rest of the recommendation is solid.
