(A) so abundant has capital been for commercial real estate that
(B) capital has been so abundant for commercial real estate, so that
(C) the abundance of capital for commercial real estate has been such,
(D) such has the abundance of capital been for commercial real estate that
(E) such has been an abundance of capital for commercial real estate,

OA is A.

from the semi-colon, the two sentences are independent and closely related. I land up to A or D. others can be ignored as it does not match as answers.

in D, it starts with "Such". While using such, it seems that it is trying to explain something from the previous sentence. This is not true in our case.

In A, it properly says that the capital is so abundant that investors scour for areas.
"Native of" is used for a individual while "Native to" is used for a large group
