Grammer/idiom question -

Whats the correct usage?
talk 'to' you
or
talk 'with' you

?

i think both of them are correct


i want to talk to you .. (you are gonna give some info .. you intiate the talk ..)

i talked with anne (discussed .. shared/exchanged ideas)
