Hi All,

I got an admit from SUNY Buffalo yesterday. I have also applied to CUNY (Zicklin) and Katz School of Business. I am still waiting to hear back from Katz, whereas I have my CUNY interview on 8th March. I was wondering which one is the best among these three. I am not sure whether I should go ahead with SUNY or wait to hear from the other two. Can someone please help?

I don't know too much about the other schools, but I am a second year student at Katz and love it here. Everyone really supports one another academically, professionally and inter-personally. Also, I obtained a great job through on campus recruiting. If you are curious about living in Pittsburgh (which I was when I moved here from upstate NY), below is a little video about being a MBA student in Pittsburgh.

Best of luck with your decision!

Pitt/Katz is a much better school than SUNY Buffalo or CUNY Zicklin. Going there at least gets you into the ranked programs. This means a better network post-graduation, higher average starting salary and better name on your resume.

I can't speak between SUNY and CUNY but if you get into Pitt, that's where you should go.

Pittsburgh is a fun place to live too, and it will definitely be an improvement from Buffalo (unless you're like a huge Bills fan or something).
