let X be the total discount offered on Fox Jeans
Y be the discount offered on Pony Jeans

Therefore X+Y=22..........(1)

Also given the total amount of discount on 5 pairs of Jean is 9$

Discount (in $) on Fox Jeans ------- (3*15*X/100)
Discount in $ on Pony Jeans ---------(2*18*Y/100)

.45*X + .36*Y =9................(2)

Solving above equations u will get Y as 10%

Hope this helps..

Normal price = 3 x 15 + 2 x 18 = 81

Give

After discount 45x + 36y = 900 .......................................1

Given
x + y = 22 ....................................................................2

Solve 1 and 2 for y

y = 10%

hope that helps..
