This is Mervin. I have a GMAT score of 710.i'm from India and here percentage system is being followedin which I ve got 71 percentage out of 100 scale. I'm interested in Information system Management and my second option would be Finance. I'm a active member of Rotaract Club of my town and have organinzed few events. Also I ve arranged many industrial visits to few places and organized cultural functions in my college during my undergrad studies.

I'm currently working for one of the best software companies in India as a software developer for two years.
i'm also maintaining a blog site for biotech people on my own as I'm lured by this technology and it's going quite good.I'm a certified Java programmer and love to badminton and have few awards during school days and also have represented few matches in college competition.

Could you please suggest me some good colleges and its rankings where probabilty of getting a job would be high
I 've more of a technical background rather than management stuff.Also

i'm just having a hard thirst to get into top b schools n its my great ambition in my life, so pls tell me the ways to improve my profile so that I can be able to get into top 10 (25 atleast) b schools?
If not, also tell wat r the chances of getting into top 40 colleges with this profile.. i'll evaluate everything based only on your reply..
