Subjenctive Mood

Hi all,

I was going through the MGMAT material and found this sentence.

Right: The vice-president WANTS her TO GO to the retreat.
Wrong: The vice-president WANTS THAT she GO to the retreat.

If this is the pattern then how can this sentence is correct:

"We demand THAT HE BE here", shouldn't it be like this "We demand her to BE here."

Subjunctive forms of verbs are typically used to express various states of unreality such as wish, emotion, possibility, judgment, opinion, or action that has not yet occurred.

A demand is not the subjunctive mood.

ok, may be my understanding of this topic is not proper, however, the above sentence was in command subjunctive section of sentence correction guide of MGMAT.
