Study Plan Suggestion for V25 - V42 [640 to 750 + ]

Hey All,

This is Milind.
I am preparing for GMAT and I took one of the free mocks available when I created an account.
I have not prepared anything for the GMAT at all so far.
My Scores are as follows

Overall 640
Quant Q50 [ Mistakes PS: 1 and DS: 6]
Verbal V25 [ Mistakes SC: 9, RC: 5, CR: 3]

Clearly I have miles to go in all Verbal Areas.
What would be the suggested way to prepare verbal?

Resources I can get from Local Library:
1. GMAT OG
2. MGMAT Books

Hi Milind,

First, congratulations on taking your first step. 640 is a great score to begin with.

I have been in the exact same situation, and based on my experience, I believe Official guides and Manhattan preps are a great source. I would start with Manhattan Prep before indulging with OG. BTG Forum is a good source of practice too. Nothing else.

Also, I would segment verbal further by RC, SC and CR and understand areas of strengths and weaknesses.

Happy Preparation.

Good day.
