Hi,

I am currently on the 2 month study guide. I find it really helpful that you guys send the emails early in the morning because I helps me to plan my day especially with work and all. Thanks! Yet, I haven't received today's email. If you can send me the email, that would be great!

Also, I was wondering if I can receive a week study guide in advance. I liked to plan ahead and sometime study in advance in case I have something planned in the upcoming week.

Thanks,
Karina

Can you please check your spam filter to see whether your daily message might have been caught? If it's not there, then please let us know what day number you are missing and we can re-send.

To answer your second question, right now the only way that members can access this study guide is through a daily e-mail. We do not have an option to send one-week in advance.

All the best!

Hi Karina, I'm sending now. I'm looking at our e-mail system and it says that the message was sent to you at 6:40am this morning.

Just to make sure this guide can be delivered to you, can you please be sure to add '[email protected]' to your contact list in your e-mail system?

Thanks!

Hi Eric,

I did not get today's email. It is not even in my junk mail. I need Day 18. Can you send me day 18?

I am not sure what is going on with my email system. I put '[email protected]' into my contact list from the beginning and was getting the daily emails just fine until now. I don't want to bother you daily for missed emails. Do you have any suggestions on how I can fix the problem? Should I register a different email address? I really find the study guide helpful and wish to continue to study with beat the gmat's help.

Thanks,
Karina

Hi Karina,

My apologies that you're encountering these issues with our study guide! I am beginning to suspect that our e-mail system doesn't play well with certain e-mail providers like hotmail.

Is there another e-mail we can try to register you with? Send me a private message if there is.

Thanks!
