B.As is incorrect as it is used to compare clause(Sub+verb)
C.Just As is incorrect as it is used to compare clause(Sub+verb)

I also belong to 'D' camp.
Apart from the wrong comparison part in B, I feel usage of ',' is also incorrect in B. Comma is simply breaking the entire flow of the sentence by converting it into fragments.
