I didn't find it simple man, but I would go with 6. M =8, N I couldnt figure, I guessed it should be closer to 0 but less. Between 5 and 6, I pick 5, but have no clue what is N.

I think the answer should be m+n=5
It's a simple addition grid which gives equations as follows:
4+x=1 => x=-3
4+y=-5 => y=-9
e+x=7 => e=10
e+y=n => n =1
e+z=10 => z=0
and 4+z=m => m=4
=> m+n=4+1=5
You can cross check the logic on other addition combinations i.e. check if LHS=RHS

Guys, can you please tell how did you know that 4+x=1, the way I was moving is 1 + -5 + m = 4. But you did a cross section addition.

In these type of questions, we look at the operator that is "+" in this case. Now, add the vertical value and the horizontal value as shown in the image.
