Hello all,

I was trying to book the Gmat dates this morning and guess what?!!

I got a error message, which says I couldn't register now alongwith a "Error: PVUE Wide Block" :?

Please let me know what should I do to get it done.

(I already wrote to MBA.com and they are yet to respond)

Regards,

Achu

Never seen such an error being reported by anyone. Try one more time if you get same error take a snapshot and attach that also to your email to mba.com team.

Hello friends!
This block error shows mainly because of number of wrong payment attempts. The GMAT only accepts credit card. If you are trying to use any other card, it will not work and will probably block your account.
If your account is already block now, then the only solution is to call them on your regional office number which is available on mba.com
You will have to confirm your details to them, only then they will remove the block. Call them as soon as you can.

Hi,

I am also experiencing problems while registering for GMAT Exam. After some unsuccessful attempts to pay for the exam it now shows "Block Error-We're sorry, there is a problem with your GMAT account which requires you to speak with customer care. Please visit www.mba.com/contact to find the appropriate phone number.".
I have mailed my issue as well to mba.com and have tried calling up in the Asia Pacific Region Customer Service for the same, but no one is attending my call. Kindly resolve this issue.
