I will give it a try. It says the only bird that bothered her was Steller's Jays and every Steller Jays she saw bothered her.

A) She could have seen other birds it didn't say so therefore you can't infer. insufficient
B) She never said anything about Gray's so they could have been there. insufficient
C) No Gray Jays bothered her. As only Steller Jays bothered her. sufficient
D) We don't know if she saw others as it wasn't stated. insufficient
E) Again nothing was stated about this bird. insufficient

Underneath is my approach:
Premise: EVERY bird that SCOLDED was a Steller's Jay , EVERY Steller's Jay scolded me.
Question: inference! ->
(A) The only jays that Rebecca saw while hiking were Steller's Jays. -> Not talk about birds that SCOLDED Rebecca -> eliminate
(B) This sentence generalize the situation but it's too broad -> eliminate
(C) no Gray Jays SCOLED Rebecca. Because ALL birds SCOLED Rebecca were Steller's Jay. This answer is correct
(D) All the jays that Rebecca saw scolded her. Only Steller's Jay scolded Rebecca -> eliminate
(E) Rebecca did not see any Gray Jays while she was hiking -> too broad, we have to infer too much, and how's about Red, Green Jeys
