The answer choices would have helped to plug in.

Nevertheless, (sum of all sales/number of sales) = average per sale

x = original value of sales
n= original number of sales

(x+2000)/(n+1) = 900 ---> Eqn I

(x/n) = 900 - 100 = 800 ---> Eqn II

n = 11, n+1 =12.

Total number of Sales = 12.

Is this the correct answer?
