What is standard deviation? It is in my data sufficiency practice question, and I am thoroughly confused! Help?

Dude you gotta hit Gmat's OG soon if you don't know what SD is. Standard deviation, range, median mean are frequently tested concepts on GMAT. Btw OG = official guide of GMAT
