This sentence employs ELLIPSIS: the omission of a word whose presence is understood.
When a participle is omitted, it should appear in the EXACT SAME FORM earlier in the sentence.

In A, the omitted pariticple is SELLING -- priced to sell, and they are [SELLING] -- but this participle does not appear earlier in the sentence. Eliminate A.

In B, D and E, the omitted participle is SOLD -- priced to sell, and they have [SOLD] -- but this participle does not appear earlier in the sentence. Eliminate B, D and E.

The correct answer is C.

In C, the omitted participle is SELL: tickets are now priced to sell, and they do [SELL].

sell has another meaning( less common ):
to be in demand by buyers.
