If x is not equal to zero, then
[Sq.Root (x^2)]/ x =

(A) -1

(B) 0

(C) 1

(D) x

(E) |x|/x

OA is
(E)
Not able to distinguish between choices
(C) & (E)
. Both seem correct.

Sq Root(x^2) = +x or -x

Thus, [Sq.Root (x^2)]/ x = +1 or -1

|x|/x matches this.
