It continues to travel 2/3rd of its usual speed to meet car B at a point S where PR= QS. If the engine trouble had occurred after car A had travelled double the distance it would have met car B at a point T where ST= SQ/ 9. Find the ratio of speeds of A and B ?

This feels more like an algebra I homework problem than a GMAT problem: it's just tedious busy work, which is not the GMAT style! Be careful of this source if you're using it for GMAT questions.
You seem to be posting a lot of questions that are not at all GMAT-like questions. What is the source of these questions? If you're studying from a non-GMAT-like source, you won't have nearly as good an understanding of the GMAT as if you studied from high-quality sources.Joy Shaha wrote:Q.
