Some doubts about toefl

1) do we get any scratch paper for taking notes?
2) If yes, can we ask for extra scratch paper?
3) what all things do we need to take from our side to the test centre?(pencil,pen,eraser etc?)
4) in the writing section, can we move back to the passage to review something once the 20 min timer has started?
