Per your specific question, it should not be a "stumbling block" that you earned a three-year degree (programs typically just require a bachelor's or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university). An upward trend in your performance is certainly a positive sign as well!

2)Your music background should help you stand out in the admissions process, as this is highly unusual for typical MBA applicants.

3)In terms of your work experience since then, it looks like you've accumulated some diverse industry exposure, which should allow you to bring a useful perspective to classroom discussions. When detailing your work experience, you will want to emphasize the quantified impact of your work and highlight your leadership experience.

4) As the top b-school programs will also be looking at your community involvement, it's great that you have some options here. Ideally, the initiatives you listed are long-term and ongoing.

5) While you have many strengths in your profile, you will want to flesh out your career goals more. Many MBA applicants will be looking to enter the field of consulting. Therefore, another way to stand out in the admissions process is to dig deeper into why you are interested in this path, which firms you would want to join, and what impact you would like to have. Keep in mind that the adcom will also be looking for your long-term plans (5-10 years after graduation).
