Can I mention the events in which I played a key role in managing an event and it was great success?

Hi Anshika,

Professional achievement would do great here as professional work experience is always valued. But specifically which events are you talking about here? Was it a undergrad school fest / workshop / speaker series / seminar. If you brought an impact you should write it in Situation-Action-Result framework. "... to make a difference" is the key phrase here.

yes like bringing sponshorships for fests, organizing events for noble cause etc..
And also can professional achievements include my contributions to ease the work of other employees?
Since I have less professional experience, the big achievements can be from under grad school only.

You can mention these examples but it depends on how well you present them in your essays. Some brilliantly written and reviewed essays can help your cause. And more than writing skills it is important to get the right flow, consistency among essays and not leaving out critical piece of info.
