For smaller retailers and Web sites, which pay regular mail rates and may be shipping
from only one location, free shipping is not nearly as affordable and often must be added
into prices

Really tough one for me, champ. I am not able to rule out any except for D.

I think A is also wrong.

Between B,C and E. I am confused. B also can be ruled out for the use of that I guess.

Now it is between C and E.

In C I am not sure about the use of who. Also I think the introduction of it as a subject is unnecessary as the clause is already parallel.

So let me just mark E and go.

Initally retailers made me choose C but I found websites and thought B and E are the only contenders
because websites - pay - plural + pay and ship shall be parallel
HI Vinesh.. How did you overcome B..

First take: 640 (50M, 27V) - RC needs 300% improvement

IMO E,

IMO, Best way to solve this Q

Op A: -- Parallelism Error

Op B:-- COMMA + THAT always wrong

Op C:-- Pronoun WHO can not refer to "Web sites", it refers to persons not things

Op D:-- Sub-Verb Agreement error

Hence Op E, correct

IMO E

I am sort of sure with the usage of WHICH and PAY.
SO between option A and E.
Option A has parallelism issue.
I feel Option E is better.

Hey. Well I struggled. But then I went by the basic rule comma and which for non essential modifier. Here you have that and a comma, which is outside the underlined portion. Hence ruled it out.
