IMO - E

Here is my analysis-
A. Restates the premise. Does n't say anything about being famous
B. same as 1
C. same as = "Not all skilled artists are famous"
D. same as = "all people who are creative ..."
E. if most of the skilled artists are famous ==> some of the artists who are good at abs reasoning are famous
