IMO B.

A - There is no proper conjunction
C - parallelism. A,B,C and D. Here D is "no slopes without music"
D - Although is ambiguous
E - Conjunction problem

IMO-A.

i would choose between A & D, however, the use of 'although' in D does not make sense.

A isnt correct because there is no conjunction , needed to join the clause 'there are..'

D

D makes more sense than A. D informs the reader that you can choose whatever music you prefer.. but you have to listen to one of them.

A doesn't imply that.

A and D: incorrect as they join two independant clauses with a comma

B. incorrect as "because" is not needed as no reason is given

C. incorrect as "however" is not needed. music played-people can choose=no contrast is intended
