(sq rt of 3) is actually the number which when we multiply by itself gives us the value 3
that means
(sq rt of 3) X (sq rt of 3) = 3
therefore
(sq rt of 3) = 3 / (sq rt of 3)
take reciprocal:
1/ (sq rt of 3) = (sq rt of 3) / 3
i have shown it mathematically.
i hope you dont want theoretical explanation
