I think it's best if you avoid the questions labeled "GMATprep" - just to keep the database fresh and clean for when you take the tests. That way your result won't be skewed in any way. However, I encourage you to post answers and to ask for clarifications on all other questions - it's a great way to learn, cause if you can properly explain a question even to a non native speaker, then you are sure to get anything similar right on D day.

I can say that as I formally begin my preparation, I'm trying to stay away from the Math & Verbal sections of the forum. While I love trying to solve the questions... I'm usually not in the right frame of mind when I'm on the computer to be trying to juggle talking to friends on aim, or browsing websites, and listening to music.

Another reason is that other people's explanations on how to solve the problems, confuse me and that's the last thing I need haha.

But that's just me
