Hi,

I have just received my feedback call from HAAS, and they told me that my goals were vague.

I know that it would sound vague to say that I want to become a Senior Manager, but I would like to know what kind of answer they were expecting.

What do you suggest?

Dear Jimat,

In order to comment, I would need to know what you wrote in your essay and/or said in your interview. If you simply stated you wanted to be a Senior Manager, without insight into a company or industry, than that would be too vague. Schools are looking for detail around what you want to do and your plan to get there.

Regards,
Lisa
