I want to discuss more on gmatprep questions.

when the underlined part is long, realizing the differences among answer choices is not helpful. we have to find out errors in each choice independently.

However, in this questions, some of minor errors are easy to realize. In A, TURNING has not referent. In B, each independent clause has a subject --not good. In C, THE FIST TO DO is idiom.

In E, a hard error appear. This error appears in many gmatprep questions and brutally kill many of us.

I call this error, RELATION BETWEEN VERBS IS DISTORTED. Why by thinking this way, we can destroy many hard choices in 10 second.

BECOMING can not happen simultaneouly and in modifying relation with the 2 verbs of main clause. this means RELATION BETWEEN THE VERBS IS DISTORTED, compared with the OA D.

for example of RELATION BETWEEN THE VERBS IS DISTORTED, pls, search this forum; I already posted some comment on this point.
